가족단위 숙소로 너무 좋은 위치도 환상적인 호텔

침대 사이즈가 킹+퀸이라서 4인 가족이 쓰기에 너무 넓고 좋았습니다. 화장실과 욕실이 분리되어 있는데 둘 다 넓어서 너무 좋았습니다. 수건도 넉넉히 제공해주시고 난방이나 온수 제공도 완벽했습니다. 위치는 환승역인 연산역에서 가까워 부산역 및 주요관광지가 모두 30분 내 이동이 가능했고, 주변에 편의점과 식당들도 많아 편리했습니다.

주차비로 일 만오천원씩받다니요. 게다가 약관을 천천히읽어보면 고지돼있다는 변명하는거보고놀람. 공정거례약관상에도 중요사항은 필히구두나 언제나알아볼수있게 표시하게되있습니다.

고객응대 상당히 불친절하고 불쾌함 정말 최악인곳이네요 천재지변으로 인해부득이하게 예약전날 직점 호텔측에 상황설명뒤 예약취소요청을 했지만 예약 사이트에 적접얘기하라며 불쾌하게 상담 해주고, 호텔스측상담원 또한 호텔측에 요청했지만 거절하고 있다하더라고요 세상에 태풍때문에 일정이 변경되어 미리 예약취소요청을 한건데...고객사정이라니... 취소는 그렇다치고 정말 그따구로 고객응대하고 그러는거 아니에요 정말 소비자 고발센터에 고발하고싶을 정도네요 돈주고 자라고해도 절대 가고 싶지 않은곳입니다
