Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please make sure all garbage is removed completely from the property and disposed of in the community garbage disposal next to the member services office on Decker.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Fire pit must be SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES and FULLY EXTINGUISHED when done. Only cut wood may be burned and EMBER SCREEN must be used.

We had an amazing time! Made Smores by the fire, visited Bushkill Falls, and the beds were so comfortable. We had rain one day so it was great to have a variety of board games to pick from. Michael, the host, was readily available to answer any questions we had. The house is in a great location and close to many activities and restaurants. We plan to go back again next year!

Had a great weekend. The host gave clear and accurate instructions for just about everything. The house was easy to find. The driveway had plenty of room for our cars and enough room leftover to set up cornhole. The house was just as described in the listing. There were 10 of us staying overnight at the property. Everything described in the listing was accurate. Communication with the host was quick, efficient and accommodating to our needs. Hanging out around the fire we made in the fire pit made for a really great time with friends. Highly recommend!
