The foyer, concierge, dining bar and outside areas were clean but the room looked very tired, hadn't been cleaned properly for sometime and outdated. The bathroom looked to have been installed somewhere around 2004 and in need of a makeover.

Great big apartment with lots of extras like 2 bathroom, spa, well quipped kitchen, balcony with beach views… Smell from the duck lake in front was a bit nasty but I guess they have to manage the local wildlife delicately…, Some of the bedrooms and bathroom need a touch up here and there, looking dated. Overall very happy, will come again

Had a nice couple of nights at Abbey Beach Resort. As advertised, it was a two minute walk to a beautiful calm sandy beach which allowed relaxing morning and evening strolls. Plenty of parking available. Resort is 6 km from downtown Busselton so a bit of a trek if looking to walk there. We stayed in a queen room and after speaking with a couple of other guests it was agreed that the rooms needed some tlc/upgrading. Dust on tv stand and food remnants on outside of microwave. Fridge worked great as did air conditioner. Would definitely return.

This resort is quite far from Busselton, but that means the beach is less crowded and it’s quiet and peaceful. The property could use a refresh. It looks very 90s. However, it’s clean and comfortable and has very nice pools, tennis and squash courts and is well situated for the beach. I’ll stay again!

Room clearly had odour of previous user of the room - cigarette smoke. And there were crumbs or something on the floor so asked for it to be cleaned. They offered to change rooms but I didn't have the energy to change rooms after only just arriving

It was all great we did have a squeakie toilet door and the water in toilet did run all the time did report this but not a big issue to us just was worried about using so much water as we have to be water wise in todays world thank you I would stay again down the if we can afford it.

Great position in relation to beach and town. Several negative things happened during our stay, our door would not lock, it was repaired but didn't stay fixed. A bit worrying. Could barely turn on taps in bathroom, dripping if turned on, turned off so tight, didn't use. Unknown buzzing noise near outer window kept happening all night, didn't know what it was. Couldn't get into dinner at the Resort restaurant the afternoon we arrived, but it was a Friday night and Valentines Day. Lovely premises and pools and gardens and lake. Bathrooms very dated but clean.
