This welcoming three-bedroom home offers a relaxed, old-school holiday vibe — perfect for families, friends, and even your furry companions. Set on a large, enclosed block, there's loads of space for kids or dogs to play freely and safely.

Inside, you’ll find original features that give the home its unique charm. It’s clean, tidy and fully functional, though it does show its age here and there — like minor cracks in the plaster or retro carpeted living areas. If you're after a shiny white minimalist space, this probably isn't your match — but if you love a place with heart and heritage, you'll feel right at home.

The main living area includes a comfy lounge with a large smart TV, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials — plus a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning brew. There's air-conditioning and a wood fire to keep things cool or cosy year-round.

A second living nook features a sofa and a mini pool table – great for a bit of laid-back fun.

Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed, ceiling fan, and ample storage. The bathroom includes a shower, bath, and basin, with a separate toilet located off the laundry.

Outdoors, enjoy a covered seating area for your morning coffee or evening wine, and take advantage of the fully fenced garden and off-street parking.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

One bag of firewood is provided May-October. There is air-conditioning in the main room.
No parties – quiet after 10pm. Please note that the owner’s elderly parents live close by! This home is licensed for a maximum of 6 people (which includes children) at the premises at any one time. If you break these conditions, you will be required to leave immediately with no refund. If you open it close it, if you turn it on turn it off. If you take it out put it away. :) Be happy.
