Burnvale is a single-level family home brimming with features to appeal to families or groups of friends. Not only is it a short walk to the beach, it’s also walking distance into town.
Parents will appreciate the spacious layout and thoughtful features, including a separate TV/games room for the kids and the kayaks, totem tennis, books and games, highchair and the TV in the outdoor BBQ area. You will also love the beautiful timber flooring and the high ceilings in the living area.
The main open-plan living areas overlook an enclosed backyard and a manicured lawn, meaning it’s easy to keep an eye on the little kids at play.
It’s easy to get to the beach from here as there is a paved shortcut to take. You can be down at the beach in about five minutes!
The layout of the home is as follows: the master bedroom and singles bedroom are at the front of the house, whereas the remaining two queen bedrooms are at the other end of the house, separated by a shared bathroom and laundry. The living areas are centralised.

Coastal midges and mosquitos are a part of life in the South-West, especially at dusk. They are very attracted to inside lights at night.

Beautiful house, great location!

The pictures do not do this house justice. It is huge. Could easily do a 2 family stay here. Well stocked kitchen in terms of utensils. Great veranda for evenings and dinners. Games, kayak, golf clubs all available for use. Will stay again!

Lovely winter getaway

Lovely property in a wonderful location. The kids and I went on lots of walks to the beach, bush walks and into town. The house it’s self was stunning and very clean and comfortable lots of space we had a lovely time and would absolutely try and rent again next year.

Fantastic family getaway

Perfect house for two families. We had four children between 4 and 10 and they had an absolute blast. Lots of room, well equipped and amazing outdoor area for dining/relaxing. House was clean but still felt like a home and the location was close to the beach and town. Quiet cul de sac also meant the kids could ride their bikes safely. We were very sad to leave and will definitely stay here again!

House was beautiful. There was a strong sewer odour coming from the ensuite bathroom that was not able to be cleared and was the first thing you smelt walking through the door. This lasted the whole time and the fan needed to be kept on to try and help

We’ll kept home and garden in a beautiful location. The teenagers complained of the squeaky single beds on closer look an Allan key is required to tighten the frames which we didn’t have on hand. A strange smell from the ensuite bathroom basin only at night left my parents a little baffled. All in all a pleasant stay.

Gorgeous house, fab location, fresh and clean.

We loved the house, it stayed cool through the hot days, as had high ceiling, and having ceiling fans in rooms, were great! Great location, we could walk to town, it was very close. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was very functional, place was clean and felt fresh. The only thing was disappointing was no wifi and no netflix, or dvd's, as we were at rental in evenings and could only watch free tv and no movies to relax and end of a big day out.

Thank you for a beautiful stay. Location was brilliant, sizeable enough for 2 families with younger children and space to escape. Short stroll to the beach, quiet, convenient and well appointed. Would certainly recommend to others!!

Perfect family home

This was a great place to stay with our young toddler. The grass, sandpit, cubby house and lots of space kept him entertained for hours. It was a beautiful home, close to town and we loved our stay.

Awesome location and family friendly

Family enjoyed their time staying here with the short walk into town for morning coffee or to the beach. The young children made the most of the backyard (in particular the cubby house and sand pit) as well as the separate games room leaving the adults to enjoy the outdoor alfresco and take advantage of the large, well equipped kitchen. Definitely recommend!

needs some updating

the location of the property is great. short walk to the beach and walk to town. the gardens and street appearance of the property is lovely but the inside feels very dated. no wifi which I think all houses should come with in this day. also no Netflix or tv streaming despite multiple small tvs in house. single beds squeak badly so kids wake each other up. house is very dark inside even in the middle of the day you need to have lights on . the grassed area is nice out the back but overall I think it could be improved with a skylight and wifi!

Great house in a great location

Pleasant large well equipped house with plenty of room for everyone. Very pleasant outdoor area for eating and relaxing. We enjoyed being walking distance to the shore and went swimming and paddle boarding every day. We also enjoyed walks along towards Meelup. Very handy for the shops as well . All in all we had a very relaxing week.

The house was a great size, close to all shops and the beach. The garden was great for the kids and they loved the cubby house! The house has absolutely everything you could think of and was perfect for our big family get away.

Overall very happy. A very cold house so we needed to use heating constantly. I do fail to understand when properties of this standard are offered how there is no availability of wifi. As much as we are on holidays access to emails is important hence wifi.
