The Space:

The open plan kitchen, living and dining area flows seamlessly onto the expansive alfresco overlooking the golf course. In Winter, relax in front of the wood fire and in Summer enjoy outdoor entertaining on the spacious alfresco.



Fairway Retreat is a hidden gem tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, and is the perfect base for small families or couples wanting to explore the beautiful South-West region. The famous Simmos Ice creamery is so close you will want to visit every day!



Whether an avid Golfer or a family seeking a central location for their next escape, this gorgeous property is sure to tick all of the boxes. The rear Master Suite / parents retreat offers a king size bed and ensuite. The three additional guest bedrooms are located int their own wing to the front of the property. Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature queen size beds with bedroom 4 featuring a double. These bedrooms are serviced by the family bathroom with a bath.



The spacious kitchen includes a large island bench, plenty of storage, dishwasher, gas cook top, large 900mm electric oven, refrigerator & microwave. Open plan living offers an abundance of room for the whole family; a separate home theatre is another superb space to relax and enjoy your stay Down South.



Fairway Retreat is the perfect base for families or couples wanting to explore the beautiful South-West Region. You are also within easy driving distance to all the award-winning wineries of Margaret River, or one of the many tour operators will pick you up from your front door for a day in the vineyards, tasting and eating fine produce. Your down south holiday awaits you!



Sleeps 8. All linen except cot linen & beach towels is provided.

• Master suite – King Bed & Ensuite overlooking the 14th tee

• Bedroom 2 – Queen bed.

• Bedroom 3 – Queen bed.

• Bedroom 4 – double bed.



This property is self-catering; however, a welcome pack of essential items is provided.



We also provide a porta cot and highchair – we do request that you bring along your own cot linen and mattress protector.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Note: Firewood is available from May to September. Outside of this period, guests are welcome to purchase firewood from any local service station.

Firewood is available upon request before arrival. Please inform us 3 days before arrival if you would like to order. Firewood is available for $35 per bag, and Kindling is $35. If you order a set, it's only $65 for a bag of firewood and kindling.

Please note that our fire pits are available from May to October only.

A local fire ban is in effect from November to May, so fire pits are not permitted during this period for safety reasons and in compliance with local regulations.
