Ideally Located Modern Studio Apartment

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Separate from the main house, you`ll be undisturbed surrounded by nature, yet a short walk to the beach and Dunborough`s vibrant town centre.

Located opposite the Blythe Conservation Reserve, with wild flowers, orchids and local wildlife - this newly built and tastefully furnished studio is your little oasis when staying down south.

The studio is separate from the main home, with off street parking. It`s in a quiet spot at the end of a cul-de-sac.

There`s a comfortable queen sized bed. Open the window blind above the TV and look out over the trees in total privacy!

Seating is a couple of chairs and a coffee table. You have a smart TV, coffee maker and microwave.

The bathroom is well appointed and tastefully decorated.

Outside, enjoy a wine watching the sunset over the reserve from the verandah.

There`s an additional shower outside and the owners have left a couple of old bikes that you are welcome to use.

So much nicer than a hotel!

Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and the bed is made-up. Bath towels, hand towel and bath mat are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face clothes.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
No pets, no parties – quiet after 10pm. Please note that the owner’s elderly parents live close by! This home is licensed for a maximum of 2 people at the premises at any one time. If you break these conditions, you will be required to leave immediately with no refund. If you open it close it, if you turn it on turn it off. If you take it out put it away. :) Be happy.

The apartment was clean and good location. The issues we had was it was very basic, no ware to put suit cases or clothes only a plastic hanger in the corner with a couple of hangers. No wine or champagne glasses, only a couple of glass tumblers. Coffee machine but no coffee mugs. No cupboards or shelf in bathroom, had to put your gear on the floor. Couldn't park in driveway had to park in garden on woodchips, no path or stepping stones to walk to front door, walking through the grass. Small tv and local stations going through wifi and wifi kept of dropping out.It was an Ikea apartment. It would have been cheaper to stay at a hotel with more amenities. Will not be returning.
