The resort is well equipped, with plenty of kids’ activities and facilities. Communication with the receptionist was easy, and they accommodated our last-minute request without any issues. Catherine, the receptionist, was exceptionally helpful.

We stayed in a glamping tent. It was very well fitted out with all bedding, towels, cooking utensils for the camp kitchen, fridge and heater. The park is very family friendly with multiple playground, pools, games room and jumping pillow. The park is a 10 min drive into the centre of Busselton. It was worth the drive to be in such a great park. The staff were amazing.

Very comfortable cabin. We used it as a base to explore the region, but looks like a great place for families to spend their holidays. Lots of great activities for kids. Staff were very friendly and helpful

My checking in experience was not great. The lady at the counter asked for my credit card even though I had already paid in full amount 1 week prior. She said it’s not showing on her end and just left me waiting while she continued her checks and my kids were restless in the car. Eventually my husband had to come down and see what was taking so long. She said she couldn’t see I had paid for it even though I showed her the invoice and receipt of payment. Then she eventually gives me some wristband's and says I’ll keep looking this is your house number. And then off I went. Not knowing where our place was we drove around some time looking for it. Had no idea where to park everything had reserved written on it. We eventually found our place. Didn’t realise I wasn’t even given a key. Had to walk back to reception to ask for a key to our property. 30 mins after arrival and still not settled with 4 kids and after long drive. Not welcoming at all.

We love everything about mandalay & have been going there for years. Love the pools & my granddaughter loved the water slide. Nice for all ages wether you are young or older.

First booking through hotel.com Mandalay was what is expected, good facilities, good variety of pool/ play equipment for the kids. Not enough to occupy the kids full time. Perfect for intermissions between outings.
