Inside, the villa features a bright, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and dine at home, while the adjoining lounge offers a comfortable space to relax with a smart TV and Wi-Fi for streaming. Reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main living area ensures year-round comfort.

The master bedroom includes a queen bed with ample wardrobe and storage space, while the second bedroom features a tri-bunk (double on the bottom and single on top), perfect for families or friends travelling together. Both bedrooms include stand alone fans for warm summer nights and quality bedding for a restful stay.

- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.
