The Space:

Welcome to Rosella, your own private retreat nestled in the rolling green hills of Mt Duckworth in the Yallingup Siding area. Experience tranquility and immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the surrounding bushland and valley views.



This two-story, three-bedroom, three-bathroom house boasts spectacular bush and valley views, and is hidden amongst the trees, providing a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. The master bedroom features a luxurious ensuite, and each bedroom is elegantly furnished for a comfortable stay.



Relax in the spacious living area and enjoy modern amenities such as reverse cycle air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen, and an outdoor barbecue area. Gather around the firepit with family and friends, or take a refreshing outdoor shower after a day exploring the surrounding area's natural beauty.



Rosella offers a central location for exploring the best of the Margaret River region. Start your day with a visit to the unique coffee hub of the area, where you can enjoy a coffee and gallery combination at Commonage Coffee or The Coffee Cabin in the Yallingup Gallery.



If you're a nature lover, you'll be spoilt for choice with the range of activities available in the surrounding area. Take a hike in the nearby Meelup Regional Park, or explore the rugged coastline at Cape Naturaliste. Head to the Ngilgi Cave for an underground adventure, or visit the iconic Busselton Jetty, one of the longest timber jetties in the Southern Hemisphere.



For those who love food and wine, the Margaret River region is renowned for its world-class wineries and gourmet produce. Take a tour of the local wineries and indulge in some wine tasting, or sample some of the delicious local cuisine at one of the many restaurants and cafes in the area.

Important Information



A small supply of firewood is provided during the winter months for your comfort. Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores if required. Please note that firepits are not supplied with wood.

Check-out: 10 AM

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and will incur an additional fee.



Please note: We are currently not hosting Leavers at this time.



Pets

This property is pet-friendly, with a $95 pet fee per stay and a maximum of two pets permitted per stay. All pets must be approved prior to arrival. Pets are not permitted on furniture or inside bedrooms and must not be left unattended at any time—this means they must accompany you throughout your stay. Please note that our noise restrictions apply if pets are left unattended. You must ensure all pet waste is cleaned up; any pet waste or excessive animal hair left at the property will incur an additional cleaning fee.



We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay.
