Surfside 9 is a two-storey beachside townhouse designed for comfort and convenience. The ground floor opens into a light-filled living area with plush seating and a smart TV, leading to a fully equipped kitchen and dining space. Perfect for unwinding or entertaining, the open-plan layout features contemporary furnishings and ducted air conditioning to keep you comfortable in every season.

The outdoor space is just as inviting, with a fully enclosed grassed courtyard perfect for lounging or enjoying alfresco meals prepared on the BBQ. The home also includes a secure storage area for surfboards or bikes, making it easy to embrace Yallingup’s active lifestyle.

Upstairs, you’ll find a secondary living area with TV—an ideal retreat for kids to relax or play, and a balcony furnished with loungers to enjoy a quiet read or sunset views over the ocean. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, a full ensuite, and balcony access.
