NordseeResort Büsum is just a few minutes' cycle and walk from the North Sea dyke, where there are beach chairs and the Perlebucht bathing lagoon with a sandy beach facing the North Sea. The lagoon is inland with its sheltered seawater bathing lakes and fine sandy beach. Büsum also offers the Blanker Hans adventure museum, and in rough weather you can visit the Piratenmeer wave pool or the Wellness Oasis. You should also visit the navigable sandy beaches of St. Peter Ording and the Eider barrage.



From Büsum harbour, you can take a boat to Heligoland or the Wadden Sea National Park, as well as small planes from Büsum airfield. In nearby Friedrichskoog is the seal station, in Tönning the Multimar Wattforum.
