Bookable from June 2019 in the center and in the immediate vicinity of the main beach in an absolute top location, the apartment "Apart Seegras" is located in a modern and high-quality new holiday home with 11 residential units. The two room light-flooded apartment has a size of 6o m² and is located on the 1st floor, which you can reach via an elevator. The exclusive apart "Seagrass" (for 2-3 people) was designed barrier-free, the same also applies to the high-quality sanitary fittings in the bathroom. From the living area and the bedroom you can go directly to the large south-facing terrace (47 m²), which has a beach chair and two sun loungers. The bedroom has a double bed of 180 cm width, in the living area there is still a sofa bed available. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Nespresse coffee machine. The location of the "Apart Seegras" is just perfect in just 2 minutes you can reach the main beach, the museum harbor and the Piratenmeer water park.

(The tourist tax is € 3.00 per person / night, children up to 18 years free. You have to pay the fee separately on arrival to the administrator!)

On request, you can book bed linen and towels per person / stay of € 19.00!

Ganz tolle Wohnung in klasse Lage.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt, super eingerichtet und alles da, was man braucht. Dazu die tolle Lage direkt an der Fußgängerzone haben uns einen sehr schönen Urlaub beschert. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir haben direkt für nächstes Jahr gebucht. Liebe Grüße

Kein Wlan,das geht eigentlich gar nicht,somit ging auch das Internetradio nicht

Die Wohnung ist schön und sauber, ebenso wie die Terrasse,da hätte ich allerdings den Sichtschutz etwas höher gemacht,der Blick auf Hinterhof und Stellplatz waren nicht so toll.Es gab KEIN WLAN ,das war das supergau, eine maue Entschuldigung, mehr kam nicht

Schönes modernes Apartment in super Lage

Wir haben die Woche im Apartment Seegras sehr genossen. Seegras ist ein frisches, modernes Apartment mit großer Sonnenterasse. Die Lage ist super zentral direkt an der Fußgängerzone und nur einen Steinwurf vom Deich entfernt. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die Organisation hat einwandfrei geklappt. Wir haben uns nicht durch die Restaurants in der Nähe stören lassen - ganz im Gegenteil, wir haben die zentrale Lage absolut genossen und das Auto fasst die ganze Zeit nicht benutzt. Auch unsere Hunde waren willkommen - top! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Tolle zentrale Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die einzige Anmerkung wäre, dass der Abfluss im Waschbecken im Badezimmer nicht richtig abläuft.

Tolle und große Ferienwohnung

Grundsätzlich ist die Ferienwohnung sehr schön und super zentral gelegen. Es fehlt an nichts und wenn doch, ist sofort ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Bei uns fehlte z.B. der Sonnenschirm, der sofort ersetzt wurde! Ein Nachteil der „zentralen Lage“ ist, dass die Wohnung direkt hinter diversen Restaurants liegt, z.B. Störtebekers Steakhus“, bei dem pünktlich um 17:30 Uhr die Knoblauch-Baguettes durch den Abzug extrem gerochen werden konnten… Zwei Häuser weiter konnte man dann zu später Stunde den Mitarbeitern der Pizzeria Pane Vino beim Aufräumen der Küche zuhören… Wenn einen das nicht stört, ist die Wohnung perfekt!!!

Großzügige moderne Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Sehr günstig gelegene und sehr ruhige, freundliche, helle und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit einer Terasse die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wie auf den Fotos Strandkorb, Sitz- und Liegemöbel vorhanden. Wir haben alles genutzt. Küche mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Bäcker und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, kleinerer Edeka fußläufig erreichbar. Wir würden wiederkommen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung war sauber und schön. Die Lage ist perfekt . Ich sitze im Rollstuhl , da war leider der Schrank im Schlafzimmer etwas ungünstig und einen Haltegriff und Duschsitz in der Dusche wären perfekt gewesen. Ebenfalls das Waschbecken im Bad ist mit dem Unterschrank für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht vorteilhaft. Aber sonst in allem alles sehr gut. Würden wir wieder hin fahren.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Einrichtung, auch der umlaufende Balkon bietet viel Platz und lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein. Was lediglich noch fehlt, wäre der Meerblick.
