The modern "Residenz Rosengrund" residential complex is located in a quiet side street in Büsum, just 800 meters from the beach. The complex comprises two buildings connected by an indoor swimming pool. The indoor pool (5 x 10 m) with a large skylight, as well as a sauna with a relaxation area, are available free of charge. The sauna area also features an infrared cabin (with a coin-operated machine). A washing machine and dryer are also available in the basement.

The 60 m² holiday apartment O14 is located on the first floor, and its rear location guarantees absolute peace and relaxation. The comfortably furnished holiday apartment is fully equipped for two people.

The entire floor area is light-colored tiled and carpeted.

The living room features a 2-seater and a 3-seater leather couch with an additional armchair, as well as a large smart TV. The balcony offers sun from midday onwards. The Frisian-style fitted kitchen is equipped with every convenience and includes a dishwasher, ample crockery, a filter coffee machine, a capsule machine (for Nespresso capsules), an oven, a toaster, a microwave, and much more.

The bedroom is equipped with an additional flat-screen TV. A balcony with morning sun is located in front of the bedroom. In the hallway, there is a large built-in closet with plenty of space for your clothes and wardrobe.

The bathroom (with natural light) is equipped with a bathtub (with shower enclosure).

The two balconies each have a table, chairs, and a parasol. The storage room includes an iron and ironing board.
