Die Ausstattung (insbesondere der Küche) war hervorragend und kann höchstens durch "Luxus" wie ein Tiefkühlfach oder einen Induktionsherd aufgewertet werden. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung (lediglich der Boden sah aus, als wäre er nicht komplett gestaubsaugt worden).
