Newly built holiday home with 66 sqm living space for 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms- Own 485 sqm plot- 3 bedrooms (1x double bed 1.80m x 2.00m, 2x single bed 0.90m x 2.00m, 1x single bed 0.90m x 2.00m + bunk bed)- 1 spacious living room with large floor-to-ceiling windows, fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave- 1 storage room / 1 hallway- covered sun terrace with garden furniture- outside water tapThe house is located in the holiday village Eckwarderhörne in the immediate vicinity of the dike, the ferry dock (eg.The house is located in the holiday village Eckwarderhörne in the immediate vicinity of the dyke, the ferry pier (e.g. passenger/bike ferry to Wilhelmshaven) and a 50,000 m2 inland lake belonging to the holiday village (with an approx. 500 m2 sandy beach directly on the inland lake, swimming pontoon and jetties). The Eckwarderhörne lido with its beach hall, lighthouse, ferry landing stage and starting point for guided mudflat walks is around 800 m away.
