-Completely newly renovated wooden house (in March 2025) for 5 persons or 6 persons, own approx. 400 square metre plot, WLAN, 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m, 1 bedroom with 1 x single bed that can be folded out into a double bed + 1x bunk bed-large living room with 6.5 m window front down to the floor-covered sun terrace with garden furniture and parasol-carport + parking space at the house-fully equipped fitted kitchen. There is also a separate, lockable storage room. The house is located in the holiday village Eckwarderhörne in the immediate vicinity of the dike, the ferry dock (including passenger / bicycle ferry to Wilhelmshaven) and a 50,000 square metre inland lake belonging to the holiday village (with an approx. 500 square metre sandy lawn directly on the inland lake, swimming pontoon and jetties).The Eckwarderhörne lido with its beach hall, lighthouse, ferry landing stage and starting point for guided mudflat walks is about 800 m away. The holiday village is idyllically situated away from the traffic and has the "To'n Spieker" dyke inn, bicycle hire, children's playground and a 1,000 m² play area with beach volleyball court, badminton court, basketball hoop, outdoor table tennis table, sandpit and swings.
