Our Wilhelmine holiday home is located in the Fedderwardersiel holiday park in the immediate vicinity of the dike. The newly furnished holiday home has a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00) with a large wardrobe and a second Bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe. The modern living room with satellite TV and stereo offers enough space to relax. The open, bright kitchen with dining area is fully equipped and has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, a coffee machine, kettle and a toaster. The daylight bathroom (roof hatch) is kept in white / gray and has a sufficiently large walk-in shower. A storage room is also available. In the garden there are garden furniture including 2 loungers, a grill and a garden shed available.

In the immediate vicinity Butjadingen offers you sufficient catering for every taste, grocery stores, the North Sea lagoon, riding stables, the play barn with approx. 3000 sqm area, bowling alley, mini golf course etc. Excursions, mudflats and other activities are also offered on site.

The house can be rented all year round and outside of the holidays also from 3 days.

The final cleaning in the amount of 45.00 euros and the tourist tax should be directed to our administrator on site. There you can also rent bed linen and a travel cot. A high chair is available in the house.

Wir waren mit dem Ablauf seit der Buchung sehr zufrieden . Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung , es war sehr gut ausgestattet , der kleine Garten war gut gepflegt . Der Schmutz in der Hauptanlage / Ferienanlage fraglich . Vielen scheint die Entsorgung des Mülls fraglich . Manche Ferienhäuser hatten Mülltonnen andere die zur Anlage gehören haben einen großen Sammelplatz der aber für die Privatvermietung nicht zugänglich ist so stapelt es sich überall - das riecht und Tiere zerfetzen die Tüten . Ankommen, auspacken und Wohl fühlen😉

Wir sind ein mal im Jahr zu Ostern in Fedderwardersiel für ein paar Tage ausspannen. Die Bungalows kennen wir sehr gut. Dieses Jahr waren wir zum 2. Mal in Folge in dieser sehr tollen Unterkunft. Es ist alles da was das Herz begehrt. Man fühlt sich einfach wie Zuhause. Draußen sowie drinnen im Haus macht es einen gepflegten Eindruck. Was man von der Parkanlage nicht sagen kann, aber dafür können die Vermieterin nichts. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sowie der Hausverwaltung ist problemlos. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder 😉👍

Liebe Frau Langner, ihr kleines Häuschen ist wirklich schön und von der Lage her auch super. Wir sind mit unserem Hund gereist und waren etwas enttäuscht, dass es kaum möglich ist mit diesem ohne Leine irgendwo laufen zu können. Wir kommen dennoch gerne wieder, da wir uns dennoch gut erholt haben

Wünderschöne Unterkunft mit Hunden

Die Unterkunft war ausreichend ausgestattet, es war alles notwendige Vorhanden. Insgesamt auch völlig unkompliziert. Das eingezäunte Grundstück mit 2 Hunden natürlich Gold wert. Das Butjadingen an sich nicht so hundefreundlich ist wie beworben, dafür kann die Unterkunft ja nix. Eigentlich alles wunderschön, auch die Umgebung, mit Hunden dennoch nicht zu empfehlen, da gibt es anderswo einfach sehr viel schönere Strände an denen Hunde mehr willkommen sind.

Bungalow zum Wohlfühlen. Tolle Nachbarschaft. Schöne Laufwege mit Hund. Ehepaar des Restaurants *Am Deich* super herzlich und tolles Essen! Hausverwalterin ängstlich vor unserem Neufundländer und antwortete auf die Mitteilung, dass wir früher abreisen müssen nicht mehr… Kommunikation geht anders. Insgesamt aber ein paar entspannte Wohlfühltage.

Alles in allem war es okay

Eine Woche war schön, obwohl ich ein paar Abstriche machen muss. Keine Mülltüten, kein Küchenpapier, das etwas komplizierte Türschloss und noch nicht einmal Toilettenpapier haben uns den Anfang doch schwer gemacht. Das kenne ich anders.
