This house is a cool older cabin that has some updates but maintains a nostalgic feel. It has a large screened porch, firepit, wood burning fire place and includes access to the community dock. The house is 3 bedrooms, but has a large loft with a queen bed and 4 twin beds. Lots of beds, can sleeps 10 or more.

It is a (relatively) short walk down to the lake and community dock. Great cabin along the lake. Very close to Sugar Hollow Retreat. Close to Villa Nove Vineyards, Watauga Lake Winery.
During your stay at this cabin, you're just a quick walk from Watauga River. You'll find features like laundry facilities. The cabin offers 2 bathrooms and a fireplace.
