The property is in a good location but the room was terrible especially the bathroom toilet was not cleaned properly and the bath was moldy and the slide door was hard to open due to being very old.
However the front desk staff was nice , friendly and knowledgeable
We were very impressed that the property is currently undergoing renovation. The third floor we stayed on was completely remodeled. A minor criticism concerned the shower pressure. Although the shower head appeared to be brand new, it did not deliver a stronger water pressure. Also, the toilet tissue seemed to fall apart when wet. Other than that, no suggestions for improvement.
The stay was nice but the staff was amazing. They were professional, kind and accommodating. This was my first stay here but I will definitely be a returning customer.
This property was undergoing renovations, making some areas hard to navigate. Overall, the property was very clean, comfortable and the staff members very friendly and accommodating to specific needs.
