Room was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. Had a microwave and mini frig. Air-conditioned worked great. Reason for the overall low rating is because at check in the young lady made it feel like we were an inconvenience. Not very pleasant or friendly. She provided virtually no information, room number, how to get to the room or if we had any questions. The women at the local Chinese restaurant was more friendly than this employee. She never told us there was WIFI or the password. Hopefully she was an exception to the rule.

Nice stay!

Convenient location for my stay. Clean room. Nice staff. Nice to have breakfast and coffee available in the morning. Only concern is about noise. Not much sound deadening between rooms and hallway.

Uncomfortable bed and terrible breakfast.

Our room was clean but the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We ended up leaving a day early with no reimbursement because I had prepaid through hotels.com. This happened because the hotel website and the person who I talked to direct from the hotel was going to charge me one hundred and eighty-five dollars more in fees total!!!! This is ridiculous! The man told me that there are cleaning fees and other charges added. I have never heard of anything like this in a hotel! The breakfast was a joke! One day was cold, stale biscuits with some kind of canned gravy that tasted terrible. There were bagels, tiny yogurt cups and packaged muffins. The second day there were only bagels, yogurt and muffins. No hot food at all! We didn’t stay the third night. We stayed the third night at a much nicer hotel for the same price that had a comfortable bed and a delicious hot breakfast. I will never stay at this hotel again and would recommend that you find another place to stay in the area. I don’t usually give bad reviews but the front desk person said that they have never had a bad review or complaint on the beds or the food. She was of no help. Maybe she could have offered to give us another room with a more comfortable bed? We could have just gone to breakfast elsewhere. That way we wouldn’t have lost over one hundred dollars. We were not nasty about any of this at all. We just told her our concerns & left.

We chose this hotel because my daughter got married at Brady's Run Park and it was only 10 minutes away. We live 2 hours away in Ohio so it was also close to the state line. The hotel looks nice when you pull in, but when we got to our room the bathroom sink wouldn't drain and I had to ask for a plunger. My husband said what came out of the drain resembled cockroach pieces. The filter to the AC also had to be cleaned it was very dirty. There were multiple cobwebs along the ceiling above the beds. The worst part was my husband was on bit on his calf by a wolf spider in our room while he was sleeping. Our dog was playing with it and killed it so my husband took it to the front desk. Unfortunately the bite makes you nauseated and gives you gastrointestinal upset along with a mild fever and my daughter was getting married that afternoon. Luckily he made it through the ceremony and dinner before he had to leave to go back to the hotel to rest.The staff that worked at the front desk were nice, the beds and pillows were hard and uncomfortable.

Good economical place to stay. Breakfast not really applicable option aside of yogurt and coffee but it is a as expected. Room is clean; a/c works; shower is in working condition and clean what else do you want for overnight stay?
