All good with one exception. I was in a ground floor room and the exterior building lighting was so intense that it shone into the room below the fully drawn curtains and sun shade. I really like this hotel but I won’t stay in that room again.

For the most part, Your staff is so friendly and approachable. I did have an encounter with you morning staff on sunday OCt 5th. I was checking out and wanted to book another stay. I did not know my rewards, she did not offer to look it up and simply stated, "ill have to charge you regular rate" I was not pleased with this response and chose NOT to book with for my next stay. Very sad that your staff was so lazy as to not want to help.

Great stay at the Fairfield. Room size (king bed) was very good. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom towels were large and soft, plenty of hot water when showering. Big TV with plenty of channels. Aircon worked great. The lifts were quick. We had breakfast included, decent selection hot and cold. Oatmeal, cereal, waffle maker, fruit, different hit selection like bacon, sausage, cheese muffins etc. Front staff were nice and friendly, very quick and efficient. Overall great stay, highly recommended.
