The phones in the 1st rm and 2nd rm had no phone cord to wall. More like a decoration, the Internet service never worked half the time, the TV never worked in first room, part of coffee pot no there, no pool towels by pool, homeless guy wondering around by pool door. Looks are deceiving for sure. Never will stay there again

The bed was very comfortable did not use the pillows we brought our own the halls smelled like smoke and weed the smell was very strong. We didnt have any extra toilet paper and no regular coffee and the floors were sticky they also did not move the chair to clean we found a ball under the chair i would not recommend this place to stay unless your desperate pay the extra fre dollars for one or the other hotels

Cleanliness: "The room was filthy, with dust and dirt everywhere. The bathroom was disgusting, with stained toilet and hair in the shower." Staff: "The staff was incredibly nice and unhelpful. They made me feel unwelcome throughout my stay." Amenities: "The pool didn't work, " need to be shocked” Overall Experience: "This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The property is very beat up. There was a bunch of men camped out in the parking lot-felt very unsafe. The hallways smelled horrible. People are living here and treating it as their own. Doors left open and men in their underwear. We’ve stayed here before and it’s gone downhill! We will never book here again. The wingate across the street was a better establishment. Regretting my decision to stay at studio 6.

Every morning trash was piled outside if the door and in the parking lot. Rooms are dirty. Have to request hangers and they didn’t know where they were. Reported coffee maker didn’t work and reported every day. I stayed each time on my last couple of trips to Butte, but nothing has changed. I come every couple of weeks for at least a week. I won’t be staying thete again.

The hotel seemed to be renovated recently but there was paint spatter on everything even the tub. We had to swich rooms 3 times because the door wouldnt latch or the door wouldnt open. The fridge was missing a leg and the door swung the wrong way to the cabinet it was in. The only real good thing was the staff was friendly.
