Please note: There are 2 steps in the garden.. Nestled away on farmland just outside Hartington is the idyllic cottage of Olsters End. Your perfect escape when looking for a rural and quiet retreat. The cottage is a short walk from Hartington village where you will find two friendly pubs and the most wonderful cheese shop you will ever come across, stock up for those wine and cheese nights in front of the log burner. Further out of the village you are able to reach many surrounding towns such as Buxton, Ashbourne, Bakewell and Matlock which are enjoyable to explore in their own ways. If you enjoy fishing to pass your day angling on the river Dove can be arranged by the owner on request. The Peak District is rolling with hills and with trails and paths galore you can walk for miles without needing to drive at all.
Olsters End is an old cottage bursting with character and original features, you enter this property into the cosy and welcoming living room, ample furniture is available for all guests with a wonderful log burner for you to enjoy, walk through into the kitchen dining where you have everything you should need to enjoy all your favourite foods with a dining table to seat all six guests and a patio door leading to the garden. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a kind size four poster bed with En-suite shower room, there is a double bedroom with sink and vanity unit, and a further twin bedroom which has an En-suite shower room, upstairs you will also find the main family bathroom featuring a jacuzzi bath with shower attachment.
Outside there is ample parking and a communal front garden, this is shared with the other guests at the cottages.
