Victorian Garden Cottage Buxton
Welcome to my beautiful cottage and perennial garden on a quiet street just a minute or two from bustling Buxton.
My Characterful home has smart-home functionality to make your stay easier. Matched with period features and log burner. Ideal location to walk into town centre, less than 10 minutes walk to Opera house/ Crescent & Train station.
4 Bedrooms, the two upper have panoramic views over Buxton. Large Lounge style Kitchen room diner with cosy fireplace. Restaurants/ shops all close by
The space
As a smart-home with lots of character and traditional features it blends the old with new. You will have your own key-less entry tag and motion detectors to turn on the lights outside and in. Large smart TV /YouTube premium/ movie streaming and music in the breakfast room by the traditional fireplace and hive thermostat for those chilly nights. The house has its own tiered sunny garden at the rear and newly landscaped side decked garden, accommodation spread over three floors having views across the town and countryside , yet only a couple of minutes walk to places to eat and shop .

Super fast fibre broadband throughout the property and garden and Flat screen TV's /Simba pro mattress in every room. House has been freshly updated for 2021.

Access into town centre & old town in a few minutes walk and access to the peak district countryside a short cycle or drive away.
Committed to Clean
During the current climate the house will be deep cleaned and sanitized before and after guests. Increasing the cleaning time and costs but better for peace of mind for all.
I usually live away from the house however some of my things will be in the property. Most rooms are fully empty for guests with space for your things in wardrobes , drawers etc. The house is set up to make your stay easy.
Please bear that in mind, I welcome guests to stay and enjoy the area but if you keep things tidy it always helps with the process. Thanks :)
