The pool area is well maintained and the bathrooms are very clean! The coffee makers were not working for us though, and the headboard on the bed was pretty uncomfortable to rest against. I definitely recommend staying here on a weekend getaway.

Checking in the young man was super nice and pleasant. The room however was old, smelled damp, had a humidifier running the whole time which leaked and soaked the carpet all over the room. Very old and not updated, mold and mildew in the bathroom. Evidence of moisture problems. The carpet was not clean and the furniture had dust. The pictures on the website were not an accurate depiction of the room at all. The refrigerator did not keep items cold. It was a disappointing place to at the least.

We like the convenient location to the beach. The property has a water hose to rinse down after coming off the beach. The staff are nice, and helpful but this time the rooms were not cleaned properly, which prompted a visit to the local store for cleaning supplies. Last guest clothing, eye glasses and trash were found behind the night stand when we were plugging in phone charger. It is a affordable motel but clean is important to me, personally.
