Lovely authentic winegrower's house of character from the 17th century, steeped in history & carefully restored, neighboring the owners' elegant "mansion" residence on a small "family" wine estate in the Côtes Châlonnaises (farmed in "organic" / vintage "Montagny") "). Absolute calm in the countryside, on the edge of meadows, a stone's throw from the vineyards, in the heart of a small typical rural hamlet nestled in a dead end, on the hillside on the first heights of the village, in the hollow of a bucolic valley of vineyards nestled under a wood, a superb landscaped setting offering a sublime panorama of the Val de Saône & Mont-Blanc (as a backdrop on a clear day).
