I had a great stay at Forno Guesthouse. The room was clean and modern. The view from my pool view room was spectacular. I have stayed at several places in Buzios over the past two years. So far, for me, Forno is the best location, and I plan to stay there again because of the scenery, its proximity to the beach and City Center, and the property manager, Filipe, who understands how important customer satisfaction is. As a New Yorker, customer satisfaction is very important to me. Filipe, thank you for making my stay memorable, and a big thank you to the rest of the staff.

Chegamos tarde e não tinha ninguém para nos receber, não sei se era devido ao horário. Mas logo liguei para o tel de contato uma pessoa veio nos receber. Fiquei chateada por que comprei um quarto vista para piscina justamente pela vista e nos colocaram num quarto estilo subsolo sem vista e praticamente sem janela. Informaram que o quarto vista para piscina só tinha uma cama de casal mas eu comprei com casal e uma criança. Enfim uma estadia tranquila apenas esse acontecimento. Café da manhã simples mas agradável.

Estivemos na data do dia 18 a 21 fomos bem recebidos pelo Felipe e um dos proprietários que a princípio esqueci o nome,no dia seguinte a proprietária muito solicita a dona Selma pessoa que cuida do café e da arrumação top,e o seu Joel um senhor muito conversativo o mesmo cuida da manutenção do local nota 10 e o estabelecimento em si muito bom perto do ponto principal de Búzios e praias próximas ,voltarei breve.
