This hotel was very nice to stay in. It was clean and modern and made my stay very comfortable. The staff are friendly and were very patient with me while I used google translate on my phone to communicate. A couple of the front desk staff spoke english which was helpful. The hotel is a bit smaller in person than it appears in the photos on the internet, but there was enough space for my needs. The little beach attached is pleasant if you want calmer waters away from the main beach. The food was great, I recommend the mashed potatos! Big breakfast! You will enjoy your stay here.

O lugar é ótimo, apenas acho que os funciinarios foram meio rudes algumas vezes. Eu fui a mergulho as 7:30e. Comentei a noite pro funcionario sobre isso, ele falou que só as 8 era o café. Fui na padaria comer e voltei as 7:20 o café ja esta na mesa. Decidi pegar uns paes de queijo e onde a funcionaria comentou que eles fazem um cafe pro quarto. Poxa! Se eu soubesse disso nao teria ido ate a padaria

O hotel e ótimo , eu gostei muito de me hospedar nele , com certeza voltarei , mais precisa de algumas renovações em alguém aspectos, a colchão da cama estava afundado então não é confortável , ao lado do meu quarto o vizinho tem cachorros que fazem muito barulho de madrugada , latiam a noite toda , parecia que os latidos estavam dentro do quarto , a piscina muito fria nessa época do ano se tivesse aquecimento pra esse época era nota 1000 . Os canais da tv precisa ser atualizados , imagem péssima. Tirando esses detalhes hotel ótimo , funcionários muito prestativos e simpáticos , limpeza dos quartos ótima . Café da manhã super completo .

Hotel super bem localizado no polo gastronômico da Passagem em Cabo Frio. Perto da ilha do Japonês. Piscina climatizada, ideal para dias frios. Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, roupas de cama e banho cheirosas e limpas. Funcionários super educados e dispostos a ajudar. Café da manhã bem completo e delicioso ( com opções veganas). Ótima piscina, sauna, brinquedoteca para crianças, hotel bem familiar.

Minha experiência no hotel paradiso del Sol foi incrível! Sem dúvidas foi a melhor viagem da minha vida, o hotel conta com uma equipe de funcionários onde todos são muito gentis e atenciosos. O café da manhã é sensacional com muita variedade e toda hora tem reposição das comidas. O quarto que fiquei é muito bom, cama confortável, bom ar condicionado, contém um armário com cobertor que inclusive é muito macio! Conta com um serviço de quarto rápido porém detalhistas, as camareiras são gentis e se preocupam com cada detalhe pra deixar o quarto limpo e confortável, teve troca das toalhas todos os dias. O preço do cardápio externo do hotel é super ok já que oferecessem pratos de ótima qualidade.

Tudo correu perfeitamente, check in Fernanda nos atendeu também mas todos são bons, manutenção piscina e restaurante . Limpeza e atendimento e localização são o forte do hotel. Tudo funciona piscina térmica, sauna, café delicioso, e uma vista maravilhosa. Parece que você está em casa.
