There was mold in my room and l was sneezing all night because of it. The bed sheets also smelled like mold. There was animals trapped in small cages, such as snakes and birds, which amounts to animal cruelty. The stairs are dangerous for old people.

a estadia tem uma das melhores vistas para o por do sol, na frente fica a poucos metros existe o mirante para assistir o nascer do sol, fui em família e fomos bem tratados pela recepcionista, porém no café pedi uma tapioca e a cozinheira fez uma careta, não entendi nada, café da manhã compatível com o preço pago, a jacuzzi é gelada difícil de entrar, seria esses os pontos negaivos.

Pontos para melhorar.

o lugar em si é ótimo. tem uma vista maravilhosa e muito bem localizado. em contrapartida, a recepção deixou a desejar… não explicam quase nada a você, um exemplo foi do café da manhã que era disponibilizado uma mesa de café mas se quisesse ovo ou tapioca você tinha que pedir e isso só descobri vendo outro hospede pedir… no dia seguintes todos os outros hospedes também pediram. o quarto tem pouquíssimas tomadas e ainda tive uma péssima experiência com o chuveiro que parou de funcionar no sábado e não tive outra opção a não ser tomar banho de água geladíssima para conseguir sair e no domingo na hora de ir embora nem consegui tomar banho e o responsável não podia fazer nada. fiquei perplexa, nunca passei por nada parecido. péssima assistência! falta de comunicação dos responsáveis. funcionários apáticos.

A pousada é excelente boa localização,vista incrivel, quarto confortável, café satisfatório porém a recepção deixou a desejar pois não nos avisou q tínhamos q pedir para limparem o quarto como ficamos 3 dias até sem papel higiênico ficamos , mas tirando isso recomendo muito essa pousada deixo aqui minha obs sempre no intuito de ajudar para q possam melhorar .

Pousada familiar com vista incrível do oceano

Um lugar incrível e com vista deslumbrante do oceano. Se procurar Pousada Belvedere também irá achar referências. Pelas poucas avaliações fiquei com receio de locar mas arrisquei e amamos. É uma pousada pequena com apenas 12 quartos, todos com vista privilegiada pro oceano. Quartos espaçosos, mobiliário um pouco antigo, mas com conforto desde a limpeza ao colchão e roupas de cama e banho. Café da manhã é simples com alguns frios frutas sucos bolos pães leite e café mas feito com qualidade e zelo. Estacionamento na rua mas super seguro, não tive problemas pois a área é hoteleira. Piscina tem uma vista de cerca de 270 graus do oceano e boa parte de Búzios, é lindo. Não consegui colocar foto aqui. Um outro grande diferencial é tem animais registrados no local, como o papagaio acinzentado do Congo, uma jibóia, um casal lindo de tucanos que adoram interagir, muito lindos. A pousada é incrível. A vista mais ainda.

Amamos!!! O local é maravilhoso!!!

A hospedagem foi maravilhosa. A recepcionista muito agradável, todas as funcionárias atenciosas. Atendimento excelente. A vista da Pousada é linda. Piscina e hidro limpa. Sauna boa. A única observação que tenho pra fazer é que no quarto tem pouca tomada. Mas nada que não dê pra dar um jeito.
