A pousada superou minha expectativas. Dante, a Mari e o gerente nos atendeu muito bem. Ainda extendemos nossa estadia para mais um dia. Fica ao lado da Rua da Tartaruga, em 13 minutos chega a praia.

Aconchegante

Local limpo, pessoal educado e nos orientaram sobre como circular pela cidade. Café da manhã simples mas saboroso, amei os bolos de chocolate e abacaxi, frutas, sucos, tudo muito gostoso. Camas macias dormi horrores rsrsrs meu filho também amou. Voltaria sim a reservar neste local 😘

Hóspedes e vizinhos barulhentos

Foi uma estadia, muito boa, fizeram o combinado. Mais porém tivemos alguns problemas com os hóspedes chegando de madrugada fazendo muito barulho e uma espécie de bar com pagode tocando a noite inteira aou Lado da pousada. Mais em fim e uma pousada boa. Somente hóspedes com problema de respeito aou próximo .

Läget var ok. Var en kort promenad till centrum. Dock låg hotellet precis vid vägen så trafiken hördes när det var dags att sova samt en mycket högljud ac. Duschen var bra. Frukosten ok.

Satisfação e sugestão

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, prestativos e atenciosos. A pousada é bem agradável. A única coisa desagradável foi o cheiro de xixi em uma das camas de solteiro do quarto da família, quarto 09, a cama ao lado da cama de casal, sugiro a troca do colchão e o uso um lençol impermeável nas camas onde crianças usam. Mas reforso, gostamos muito da pausada!!!

Decepção

Não foi, o endereço existente no site é um (Av. Jose Bento Ribeiro Dantas, 2746) quando na verdade o numero é outro 96, o que torna difícil achar o estabelecimento. Na altura do nº 2746 é um local aprazível, com comercio e próximo de estacionamento, praia etc, porem no numero 96, o local é ruim, sem estacionamento,nas proximidades, comercio e praia etc. Um verdadeiro engodo. Uma decepção com o estabelecimento (quartos com mofo, recepção com péssima aparência e recepcionista mau e educada e sem capacidade técnica para exercer a função). Uma decepção também com o Hotel.com, que mantive contato explicando tudo isso que citei anteriormente e não fui atendido, pelo contrario desacreditado pela atendentes. Na primeira ligação que fiz ao Hotel.com apos informar o ocorrido, foi pedido que aguarda-se, a ligação caiu e não houve retorno. Passado cerca de cinco minutos, como não houve retorno, refiz a ligação e tive que explicar tudo novamente, e o pior que a solução dada, foi para que retorna-se ao Hotel, porque o estabelecimento havia oferecido a troca do quarto, o que não atendia a minhas necessidades, além do que se tivesse aceitado, estaria compactuando com uma atitude errada e leviana do estabelecimento, já que colocam no site uma localização e na verdade é outra em local muito inferior. Uma decepção irreparável propiciada pelo Hotel,com, pior ainda estava acompanhado de uma casal ao amigo, ao qual eu e minha esposa havíamos elogiados e incentivados a fazer inscrição no programa.
