Faltou Empatia!

Ficamos somente uma noite, o check in foi feito por uma pessoa que não se mostrou nem um pouco amigável. Café da manhã bem simples e gostoso, quartos ok, localização boa. Para que procura algo simples e com valor razoável em alta temporada indicaria, mas não vá esperando algo acima disso, local para dormir e tomar café da manhã.

Estrutura oferecida

Funcionários educados e solícitos, porém alguns aspectos foram aquém do esperado, como o café da manhã que não forneceu muitas opções, a quantidade de mesas para café da manhã, sendo que foi necessário dividir mesa com estranhos ainda no período de pandemia, e a TV do quarto que não funcionava.

Avaliação objetiva de pontos positivos e negativos

O atendimento é excelente, anfitriões bem prestativos e atenciosos. A localização é boa, 15 minutos de caminhada do centro. Porém, o cheiro de ácaro e mofo é muito forte, tanto no quarto quanto nas roupas de cama e travesseiros. Deixando as janelas abertas dia e noite diminue, mas não o suficiente para amenizá-lo bem. A limpeza deixa a desejar, a fazem apenas a cada 3 dias. Percebi que os quartos desocupados ficam com janelas fechadas, assim como áreas comuns (sala, sala de café, etc), o que atrapalha a ventilação, contribuindo para o forte cheiro de mofo. Para quem não tem nenhuma alergia ou se importe com o cheiro, estes são fatores que não atrapalham a estadia, contudo, para os que têm, desencadeia crises alérgicas que podem comprometer o restante da viagem. Tem-se boas praias (Azeda, João Fernandes e Brava) bem próximas, 15-25 minutos de caminhada.
