Nada do que li no anúncio do hotel prevalece, café da manhã só tinha pão, queijo, apresuntado, leite e café. Péssimo café da manhã. No banheiro só uma toalha de banho, tv não funcionava, quarto com cheiro estranho, chuveiro pra entrar água quente é uma luta, a Foto do jardim vim piscina foi jogada de ângulo, nada haver . Quarto com cheiro de mofo. A recepção me atendeu bem., Mas no dia do café da manhã vi nada do que estava falando que seria o café da manhã . Não repito o hotel. Quarto básico . Nada da foto condiz . Fronhas manchadas. Sem papel higiênico no ambiente

Péssimo.

Precisa de reforma urgente! Pousada antiga e aparentemente sem manutenção nenhum, falta até o básico como um papel higiênico. Limpeza do quarto péssima, deixa muito a desejar. Sem falar no “café da manhã” bizarro, se é que pode- se chamar de café da manhã, não tinha absolutamente nada, somente leite, um suco de pozinho absurdo pra se tomar pela manhã, pão não é contado e levado a mesa com UMA fatia de queijo e presunto pra dividir para um casal, péssimo, péssimo péssimo!

Búzios é um encanto.

A localização é fantástica. O atendimento foi muito bom. Instalações simples, o secador não funcionava e não tinha sinal de wi-fi no quarto. Café da manhã simplerrimo... Piscina estava limpa em todos os dias. A noite o restaurante funciona e o Cheff é fantástico.

Excelente localização, porém as instalações precisam de uma reforma com urgência. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Pra se ter uma ideia, houve um momento em que a pousada não tinha papel higiênico para fornecer, dizendo que a pessoa que foi fazer compras ainda não tinha retornado. Ótimo lugar para alguns que só querem um lugar para repousar; péssimo para outros que esperam o mínimo de conforto.

A pousada precisa de manutenção. A limpeza precisa ser + criteriosa. O banheiro estava cheio de teias de aranha no teto, varios sinais de descuido. O frigobar sujo por fora e por dentro. A TV so funciona canais abertos. E como ficamos no último andar, a poeira do forro caia em cima da cama.

O recepcionista deixa a pousada mais encantadora, muito simpático e prestativo, a pousada não é de luxo, mas o valor da diária também não é pra hotel de luxo, gostei muito da minha estadia, curti a piscina e búzios.
