Hotel aparenta ser novo, com boas instalações e atendimento otimo! Café da manha razoável, pouco horário de duração, apenas 2 horas e reposição demorada e as vezes ate falha (escuta-se que acabou). Nos quartos falta o servico de um zelador, botão de acionamento da descarga faltando, papeleira de papel higienico quebrado, colchões molengas e outros mais resistentes....falta um cuidado maior...mais detalhado para uma boa experiência.

A maioria dos atendentes são atenciosos e simpaticos, o hotel esta um pouco largado na limpeza e na manutenção, ja havia hospedado ha 3 anos. Ficamos desmotivados em retornar. Outrossim, fizemos reserva pelo Hotel.com, passamos os cartão, na recepção foi nos informado, aestadia seria paga, que pelo hotel seria so reserva. Fiz pagamento das diarias no meu cartão na recepção. Mas, esta constando, em processamento, o valor cobrado pelo Hotel.com, no meu cartão de credito. Espero não ter estresse.

Péssima experiencia

Boa tarde! Então a varanda do quarto tinha um cheiro de rato morto insuportável, que não conseguiram solucionar. O banheiro não havia secador de cabelo. E quanto ao café da manha, deixou muito a desejar. Não havia pão de sal suficiente para os hospede, o pão de queijo em nenhum dia consegui comer. A menina que repunha as coisas que ainda tinham, parecia estar fazendo um favor. Tudo acabava rápido, mesmo antes de todos os hospede chegarem ao café da manhã. Porque estou acostumada a viajar bastante, e foi a primeira vez que vi esse tipo de despreparo para com os hospede. Os outros funcionário até foram bastante solícitos. Mais a menina que repunham os itens do café quando havia bastante antipática, sempre de cara feia, e a magrinha que a ajudava nunca sabia de nada. Pois o café não havia placas indicando o que eram as tortas ou os bolos. O café da recepção sempre frio, a mesa onde ficava o café da recepção sempre cheia de formigas, um pote com duas colheres com água que em momento nenhum vi a água ser trocada. Totalmente despreparadas ou mau treinadas. Desculpe mais pediram minha opinião. estavam servindo. Tipo torta de que? Bolo de que? os

Em 3 diárias o elevador ficou quebrado e sem conserto; café da manhã ficou sem reposição mesmo dentro do horário estabelecido; fiquei preso do lado de fora por volta das 23:30, pois não havia ninguém na recepção; chuveiro com pouca vazão; saboneteira quebrada; torneia do lavatório e curta.

Entrei no estabelecimento, o quarto com cheiro horrível, a varanda com cheiro de esgoto e o banheiro limpo com produto de péssima qualidade. Muitos mosquitos no quarto, roupa de cama manchada. Tudo era desconfortável. Deixei a pousada no mesmo instante.

Foi maravilhosa, pousada excelente, tudo muito bonito, cada cantinho da pousada tem um toque diferente. Minha família amou. A única coisa que precisa melhorar é eles se adequarem ao check-in online que é bem mais prático qso atual que é preencher vários formulários, perde- se muito tempo, ter mais variedades no café da manhã e colocarem secador nos banheiros. Mais a pousada é lindíssima e atendimento ótimo.
