The two houses are identical, designed to accommodate the family of each of the brothers.
If there is no interest, you can rent a house only.
The architecture stands out for the construction in great pillars of Eucalyptus, cloths of glasses and white doors. The roof of old farm tiles and the inner lining that is a charm to part, with apparent eucalyptus, and lining in bamboo straw.
Very glassed-in, the house boasts abundant natural light, double footed glass with sliding glass doors and sliding doors leading to a large wooden deck that joins and surrounds the two houses.
There are 6 suites in total, each house has 3 suites, a gourmet kitchen with island, and this integrated to the room that is chilled with split for the hot days.
The houses have their individualized appliances and cabinets equally in each house.
Through the existing wooden staircase in both rooms we have the one bedroom with bathroom, Queen bed, closet for clothes, split, cable tv, and a large deck overlooking the lawn.
The other four suites are located on the lower floor of the Living Room / Kitchen with separate entrance individually, both suites with queen size beds, refrigeration and bath.
The lighting design enhances the atmosphere of home and garden, a charm more the architecture of the house.
The houses are located in the center of the land, which provides excellent ventilation.
A beautiful garden and wide lawn harmonizes the buildings.
