It is a very confortable house 100 yards from Geriba Beach. There are 4 bedrooms with private bathroom plus a WC for vistiors. All bedrooms with air condicioning and nice towels and sheets. There is a private area on the back of the house with grill and pizza oven, a relax area for sunbath, along with a outside living room.

Casa extremamente equipada em TUDO, desde utensílios a cozinha, quartos, banheiro, funciona tudo nessa casa! Fora que é aconchegante, espaçosa, fomos em família, 10 pessoas e acomodamos muito bem, a localização é maravilhosa, bem pertinho da praia, poucos metros! Com toda certeza se voltarmos a Búzios vamos ficar nessa casa, todos bem atenciosos tanto a proprietária quanto ao pessoal do condomínio, amamos e recomendamos super!

Eu e minha família alugamos esta casa no carnaval e ficamos muito satisfeitos. A casa é excelente, muito confortável, cozinha muito bem montada, ótimos quartos e banheiros , uma excelente e aconchegante area externa com churraqueira , forno a lenha e espaço lounge que faz parte da casa. O imóvel encontrava-se muito limpo e com boa conservação, e a proprietária sempre muito solicita. O condomínio é muito bom e bem próximo a praia. Recomendo e voltaremos com certeza.

Estuvimos 10 dias y volvimos muy contentos con la casa y el condominio. El condominio esta a 1 cuadra de la playa. Es muy tranquilo, tiente mucho verde y esta muy bien cuidado. La casa es EXCELENTE!! Muy comoda, eramos 10 personas. Estaba limpia. Equipada y muy bien decorada. No le falta nada, a la casa. Y tiene un area de lazer muy linda. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas y como en casa!!! Las toallas y las sabanas bien limpias y de buena calidad. Se descompuso el aire acondicionado de un dormitorio, y en 24hs lo cambiaron. Excelente atencion. Te felicito Ana!! Si volvemos a Buzios, no vamos a dudar en ir a tu Casa. Ótimo condomínio perto da praia

Eu e minha família alugamos essa casa todo carnaval, por 10 anos. A casa é bastante confortável e o condomínio é ótimo, principalmente pra quem tem criança pequena. A proximidade com a praia é um grande conforto, não usamos o carro pra praticamente nada. Super recomendo

Super recomendo a estadia na casa, além de aconchegante, comporta muito bem uma família grande. Meus verões tem destino certo em um local maravilhoso. Condomínio tranquilo a poucos passos da praia, contendo piscina, segurança e estacionamento no local. Proprietária sempre muito solícita a ajudar e retirar todas as dúvidas quanto ao aluguel.
