With capability to sleep up to 6, your friends and family can spend a week in this quaint neighborhood and use it as a home base to plan trips to all parts of Cape Cod. 15 minutes to downtown Falmouth, 15 minutes to Mashpee Commons, 10 minutes to downtown Sandwich, and 30 minutes to Hyannis. Monument Beach is just minutes away, as well as the Lobster Trap, Whistlestop Ice Cream, and some other great local dining spots.

The open floor kitchen with breakfast nook is a perfect way to start your day, the large open floor living room/dining area serves as a great entertainment spot, and a back deck with propane grill and seating is an ideal spot for your evening cookouts.

The house is just one mile away from Brookside Country Club, a challenging and affordable golf course with stunning views of Buzzards Bay. There are also numerous other golf courses located within a 10-minute drive.
