Beachbound 1 - 9 Marine Parade, Wategos Beach

The Space:
Beachbound 1 is a beautifully appointed two‑bedroom coastal retreat just moments from the sand at exclusive Wategos Beach. Designed for relaxed, easy living, this double‑storey property welcomes you into a living and dining area overlooking a spacious courtyard where glimpses of the ocean can be seen.

A well appointed galley kitchen is adjacent to the living room and overlooks an enclosed courtyard which incorporates a covered outdoor dining area and BBQ. The courtyard provides additional room for relaxing in the banana lounge and a safe play for small children.

Sharing the downstairs area is the 2nd bedroom which is arranged as a twin or king bedroom as requested in advance. There is also a shared bathroom- laundry with a separate toilet. Off the bathroom is a small, outdoor private courtyard with shower.

On the second level is a 2nd lounge area with a sofa and chairs, perfect for relaxing with a book or watching TV. The enclosed TV cabinet can be utilised as a work desk with NBN internet.

This floor has the master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Off the bedroom is a balcony providing an area for a private drink while enjoying ocean views. The second level is serviced by a small kitchenette with a bar fridge.

The property has ample secure parking in a large under building garage. The garage height is 2100cm.

This property sleeps four and is ideal for two couples or a small family. Additional cleaning and linen hire can be arranged if required.

The Location:
This property is only 2 minutes walk from the north facing Wategos Beach and a short drive or 20 minute walk to Byron Bay towns centre. Here you will find a variety of eateries, unique shopping and boutiques and adventurous beach activity oppurtunities and hinterland experiences.

Amazing location

This property is perfectly located at Wategos Beach. A 100m walk directly on to the sand and opposite the infamous Raes of Wategos. The apartment is fitted out with all the necessities including a very handy outdoor private shower to wash off all the sand before entering the apartment. Nice spacious bedrooms, well appointed kitchen, modern laundry facilities, high speed wifi, smart TV’s and a wonderful big outdoor deck overlooking the ocean. Easy access to Byron (5 minute drive or 20 minute walk). We also enjoyed the many walks in the area, including up to the Lighthouse. We will definitely be back and have already booked our next stay here. 5 star experience.
