Fuller Holidays presents Maluco - This fabulous family-friendly home is nestled in a quiet location, 4 minutes walk to Belongil Beach and 8 minutes walk to Byron Town Centre.
Maluco is beautifully presented with air-conditioned open entertaining spaces for all the family to enjoy. The kitchen has
state of art appliances which include 2 ovens and a large induction cooktop, perfect for cooking with family and friends. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large 8 seater dining table or alternatively sit on the deck and enjoy an evening dining in the garden. The outdoor 12 seater dining area is fully fenced and perfect for young children to safely play. There is a shaded BBQ area with paved seating surrounded by beautiful private tropical gardens.
A separate lounge room with Smart TV is great for a relaxing evening and includes a soccer table for family fun.
Downstairs there is a King Master Bedroom with en-suite and upstairs a further 3 King Rooms, which can be split into two singles if needed. All bedrooms have air conditioning and fans. The main bathroom with a free-standing bath and separate shower services these rooms.
The property has high-speed complimentary WiFi.
There are two car parking spaces on the property and plenty of street parking too.
This home is pet friendly with 2 doggy doors and a self contained fenced yard for your furry friends. Pets on approval.
