Jeannie and Jim were lovely hosts - they left a bottle of wine in the fridge for our 30th wedding anniversary! It was a pleasure to meet Jeannie half way through our stay. She apologised for the construction work next door and gave us a 10% discount for the inconvenience of the noise. The guest house was in a great location close to beach and town but still in a leafy quiet area. Very comfortable and attractively decorated.

Perfect stay for our family visiting Byron Bay for the first time. Grocer basically across the road and restaurants within walking distance. Everything was as described and Jeannie supplied so much information and a welcome pack and was very helpful at every stage.
