No geral foi boa.Porém tivemos um desagrado ao roubaram minha mesa de centro novinha que comprei para fazer o aniversário da minha filha na praia. Não teve como comprovar quem roubou porque o local não tem câmeras.

O apartamento é bem localizado, perto de padaria, mercado, lanchonetes e outros. Quanto aos utensílios de cozinha é bem completo. Quanto ao tamanho, é bem pequeno, para ficar bem confortável, sua capacidade seria apenas para 3 pessoas. Os colchões são muito bons, mas o ventilador de teto deixa a desejar. No mais não tenho o que reclamar.

A estadia foi boa, o apartamento é perto de tudo, restaurantes, grandes mercados e até mesmo distribuidoras de bebidas. O apartamento cumpre o que promete, é igual da descrição, cito alguns elogios, a geladeira é muito boa, o espaço é bacana, no entanto, cito também 2 defeitos, o fogão é muito ruim, para esquentar oléo demorava sinceras 1 hora e meia, não tem nem um pouco de exagero nesta frase, além disso falta utensílios na cozinha. No mais, há porteiro por um grande período de tempo, o espaço é aconchegante, é perto da praia do forte (principal praia de Cabo Frio) sendo um local seguro. Minha nota final seria 9.6, se o fogão fosse minimamente razoável daria 9.9

Estadia no apto foi excelente. Local perfeito para casal que quer fugir de pousadas. No meu caso, foi um casal. Mas comporta mais algumas pessoas com aconchego. Me senti em casa no apto e nas dependencias do local. Com certeza valeu muito a pena.

Apartamento exatamente como descrito. Chegamos e estava limpíssimo, desde os mínimos detalhes. O porteiro ja estava nos aguardando. Localizado perto de vários comércios. Garagem boa e prédio seguro. Foi muito bom a estadia, o proprietário responde a todas as dúvidas sempre. Deu tudo certo. Não tivemos dificuldade e decepção alguma. Valeu muito a pena!

Muito top o apartamento. 2 quarteirões da praia do forte. A cozinha é bem pequena e a panela de pressão estava sem borracha, mas não atrapalhou a estadia. Restante da casa muito confortável e limpinho. Super recomendo! Nem precisei de ventilador, fui em janeiro e estava ventando muito. Voltaria novamente, sem dúvidas.

Muito satisfatório .

O atendimento do Eduardo antes mesmo da hospedagem já foi um diferencial. Chegando no prédio fomos recebidos e muito bem atendidos todos os dias pelo Sr Ailton ( zelador do prédio) . Localização precisa uns 5 a 10 minutos de caminhando bem devagar até a praia do forte. Mercado e padaria perto. Opções de lanches também. Prédio com estacionamento coberto, elevador o que facilitou por conta da acessibilidade para idoso. Finais de Semana a cidade Fica mais agitada , como fui com família decidi por aproveitar de segunda a sábado. Muito satisfeito com a escolha da hospedagem.

Eu e minha família gostamos muito do AP e da localização. E também não posso deixar de elogiar o zelador/porteiro do prédio muito atencioso. O dono do imóvel tbm me respondeu com MT educação, num geral toda minha estadia foi ótima.

Foram dias maravilhosos, o apartamento e real ao anuncio, tudo limpo, perto de vários comércios essenciais pro dia a dia, perto da praia do forte uns 5 minutos ate menos ,aproximadamente uns10 minutos da ferinha.
