Obra sem aviso com antecedência!

foi boa porém tinha uma reforma no andar de cima, causando um enorme desconforto devido o uso de um martelete constante, causando muito barulho no teto com trepidação e poeira devido os sacos de entulhos, e a TV não funciona., tirando o desconforto da obra,o AP é bom.

Foi boa. O local é muito tranquilo, comércio farto, próximo da rodoviária, mercados, farmácia, e condução pra vários locais, praia muito próximo do imóvel. só faltou uma garrafa térmica e um sinal de tv, fora disso muito bom.

GOSTAMOS MUITO. APT amplo, cozinha completa, e fomos muito bem recebidos, principalmente pelo porteiro, pelo Sr.Raimundo e a síndica do condomínio são uma gracinha, amigáveis e nos dão ótimas dicas de passeios faltou a TV funcionar melhor para ficar nota 1000. Mas a Internet é excelente. Recomendo muito
