O imóvel está em perfeitas condições. Chegamos e o apartamento estava com cheirinho de limpeza e tudo muito bem organizado. O apartamento é grande e extremamente confortável. Hermoso apartamento

Hermoso apartamento La persona que nos recibió en el Check in/out que no era la dueña (nunca la conocimos) todo bien. Muy amorosa y educada nos trató de explicar cosas de la zona y del apartamento. Es una lástima que no conocimos a la dueña ya que ella sabía un poco más el español. Igual con la mujer y su esposo que nos recibió todo fue muy bien ! El departamento es súper amplio, éramos 4 y tranquilamente entran muchas personas más Tiene una cama matrimonial muy grande. Y otras 4 camas marineras. La cocina bien equipada Balcón muy amplio. El wifi funciona excelente El departamento está nuevo. De hecho debe ser nuevo el edificio porque había departamentos en venta. A mejorar: El tema del agua aveces el agua de la ducha no salía muy caliente. La zona de noche no es de lo más linda.. parecia media peligrosa de noche. Hay que tener cuidado. Es medio raro pero la cuadra de noche era media fea pero el edificio era de lo más nuevo! Muy top para la zona. En la cuadra están haciendo muchos departamentos nuevos y por lo tanto en frente tenías una obra en construcción A /tres cuadras hay una playa A la vuelta hay una panadería y en la avenida que serán a unas 3 cuadras hay un supermercado grande. El resto todo perfecto. Mucha seguridad a la hora de entrar al edifico así que más seguro que eso no hay. Gracias por el hospedaje. :) volveremos !!

Ambiente super agradável e bem localizado, a 2 quarteirões da Praia! Com certeza qndo retornar a cabo frio alugarei novamente!
