Quarto sujo , bem como o banheiro, roupas de cama com cheiro de mofo,CAFÉ DA MANHÃ DA PIOR QUALIDADE, FALTANDO FRUTAS, PÃO ADORMECIDO, FALTA DE EDUCAÇÃO DOS FUNCIONÁRIOS DA COZINHA, NÃO TINHA. QUEIJO AMARELO E NEM QUEIJO BRANCO UM HORROR

A experiência foi a pior possível, chegamos cansados e querendo tomar banho e nos preparar para ir para o réveillon e simplesmente não havia água no hotel! Fomos para o réveillon sem tomar banho e nem sequer escovar os dentes e muito menos usar o vaso! Falaram que quando voltássemos haveria água e quando voltamos continuava sem água! Passamos um dia e meio sem poder tomar banho, usar o vaso sanitário e escovar os dentes! Foi terrível! Pedimos nosso dinheiro de volta e até agora nada! Sem contar que é bem longe das praias mais bonitas da região! Não vão!!!
