Sempre que alugo um imóvel de temporada levo em consideração o respeito do anfitrião, a consciência de o hóspede trabalha às vezes por um ano inteiro para ter condições de passar as férias em um local seguro, confortável e funcional com sua família. A casa do Sidney é exatamente como consta nas fotos, tem cômodos grandes, garagem para até três carros pequenos (apesar da segurança do condomínio permitir que fiquem carros na rua sem qualquer preocupação). Cozinha com geladeira grande e eficiente, três mesas, área de churrasqueira nos fundos, Smart TV 4K na sala, 2 banheiros com chuveiro e mais um lavabo na área externa. Tudo isso sem contar o quanto o Sidney é flexível e atencioso, podendo o hóspede contar com ele para o que precisar!

Casa excelente para curtir cabo frio

A casa é muito bem localizada no Peró entre arraial e búzios, é muito espaçosa, tem 3 banheiros e uma ótima área externa, super bem arejada, o condomínio é super seguro e o proprietário é extremamente cuidadoso! Tem diversos ventiladores, extensão e tudo que for preciso na cozinha, a tv e o som são ótimos, tem wi-fi e o atendimento feito pelo Sidney foi impecável, recomendo demais!

Muito bom

Imóvel limpo e confortável. Os quartos e banheiros são amplos, a cozinha muito prática. As áreas externas também atendem as necessidades com conforto. A garagem abriga bem dois carros. O condomínio é bem organizado e conta com pista para caminhada e estação saúde com aparelhos para malhar.
