La ubicacion excelente! El departamento muy agradable y seguro,con cochera y a media cuadra de la playa. Solo no nos resulto el dormitorio. La cama tinene un colchon ortopedico, es muy duro, lamntablemente dormimos en el sillon y los almohadones no son de dormir, muy incomodos. Ademas no cuenta con Ropa de cama y no la llevamos. Es algo que a futuro podrian mejorar. A pesar de ese inconveniente nuestra estadia fue muy agradable, nos encanto la ciudad.

O apartamento do Marcelo possui uma excelente localização, com vista para a praia pela janela. Ele dispõe de todos os itens essenciais para uma estadia confortável, incluindo uma cozinha equipada com micro-ondas, cafeteira, geladeira e fogão com forno. Ficamos muito satisfeitos em nos hospedar na casa do Marcelo. Ele nos atendeu rapidamente sempre que precisamos. Tudo estava muito limpo. A rua é tranquila, garantindo noites de sono calmas. É possível ir ao Centro de Cabo Frio a pé. Podem alugar com confiança!

Adoramos tudo !!! Apartamento muito aconchegante , muito limpo e arejado em uma excelente localização dando para fazer tudo à pé !!! A praia é só atravessar a av . Principal . O ambiente muito familiar, um silêncio incontestável na hora de dormir , muito bom mesmo. O sr. Marcelo muito atencioso está de parabéns ok !!! De fato o local é como no anúncio, bem próximo a praia (Dunas), organizado, limpo e arejado. Não precisa tirar o carro da garagem para ir a praia. Marcello é solicíto e bom de comunicação, atencioso e organizado como deve ser. Como sugestão, diria que só falta um TV de pelo menos 32 polegadas, e um repetidor de sinal de wi fi, uma vez que o sinal coletivo do prédio é fraco.
