Excelente!

Apartamento super agradável, tem tudo! Não é perto dos comércios mas foi o diferencial! Fica longe da bagunça dos bares! Fica bem pertinho da praia das dunas. Nosso filho de 22 anos viajou conosco e estava trabalhando de home office e a internet Wi-Fi do prédio atendeu muito bem, inclusive video conferência. Ficamos bem satisfeitos!

Bom custo benefício!

O imóvel é bem charmoso, super bem localizado, prédio super limpo e cheiroso. A garagem foi super ok o uso, só como observação é rotativo mas nunca estava cheio, sobrando vagas. O apartamento é bem limpinho é fácil de limpar ou tirar a areia após a praia… mas tivemos alguns imprevistos: a tv da sala liga e desliga sozinha, se não tira ela da tomada ela fica ligando sozinha durante a noite, o ar-condicionado não funcionou só ventilou e nem usamos mas tem ventilador de teto no quarto e na sala (deu pra aliviar). O fogão estava dando choque sempre, inicialmente foi incômodo mas depois até acostumamos. Não tinha microondas e realmente foi um item que fez bastante falta pra nós. O contato com a proprietária é super rápido e prático. No geral ficamos bem acomodados.

O imovel tem tudo que vc necessitará para uma hospedagem. Atende perfeitamente para 5 pessoas. Todos os cômodos se encontram bem cuidado. A unica coisa que senti falta foi de um ar condicionado, mas dormimos muito bem em 3 pessoas. Tudo perfeito e tudo funcionando. A praia é muito proximo do apartamento, ficamos 5 dias e 5 dias sem dirigir. A noite para sair utilizamos UBER (R$8,00 a 12,00), haja visto que era tudo muito proximo.
