Was not as expected - in need of TLC !!!

Esta propiedad ofrece el mínimo esfuerzo - las fotos son precisas pero las experiencias no. Se separó la propiedad para 5 personas, tiene capacidad para 6. Se pagó por la 5ta persona pero solo dejaron 4 toallas ásperas y que han visto mejores días y los baños no tenían toalla de mano.(Aun no entiendo para que cobraron la 5ta persona). No pudimos cocinar porque solo había 1 hornilla funcionando (4 botones y solo uno lo tenía - y NO se nos comunicó) y los utensilios necesitan un update RUSH - los sartenes están en bien mal estado, los platos todos plásticos y viejos - no se pueden usar en microhonda. Los utensilios y copas - todos disparejos y no habían suficiente para 5 personas. No había papel toalla y solo dejaron 1 bolsa para un micro zafacón en la cocina. La vinera la prendimos y en vez de enfriar calentaba y el extinguidor estaba expirado. Las sillas del comedor están tan usadas que al sentarte te hundes. Y al no proveer frisa o comforter obliga a estar cargando con artículos de más y afectando la experiencia. Los únicos plus son el a/c en sala y cuartos - que funcionaron muy bien y el TV que provee opciones. En cuanto a location - no se puede ir caminando a la playa - se requiere contar con vehiculo para transportarse. Acostumbramos todos los años a visitar la zona en esta época rentando y esta ha sido la primera vez que tenemos esta decepción. Todo lo mencionado podria corregirse con un poco de inversión y cariño al espacio - pero aun asi no volveriamos. Exito.

Nice condo for a family of 6

Our family of 6 stayed here for a few days during our trip to Puerto Rico. It was spacious enough for all of us and it was clean. Check in and out was easy.

Good choice

Conveniently located, this apartment was perfect for our stay. It was the perfect size for our family and it was very clean. The beach is about 5 minutes away. Also, the owner was very communicative and accessible.

Excellent location and apartment!

We have a great time and it was perfectly close to the Boqueron attractions. Don Jose was deligent and very responsive and made the rental and checking process super easy, we will definitely come back.
