The Aquairis hotel is very nice and the staff is top notch. My wife and I loved our server Brenda. She was so helpful and friendly. And the team at the front desk was so nice. One of the guys let me borrow a beach chair. The hotel is very close to the beach. The property does need to work or upgrades. They need new pool chairs. They should remove the carpet in the hallways. Hardwood flooring or tiles would be better as carpet holds allergens. Hopefully they can get that done in the future.

No wifi or TV. I did not see this disclosed in their posting. They told me when I checked-in. There was no staff at the check-in desk at 11 pm, when I needed toothpaste. You need to call the security guard, to find out they do not even have toothpaste. I would not recommend or repeat.

Property is dated , need some update the pool was dirty , even if you rent the biggest room they only give you one parking spot complicating the experience for bigger families that need 2 cars. Obly obe restaurant on site very limmited optiins.
