The Space:

Welcome to your Cabo Retreat, a newly built Cabo condo designed for comfort, privacy, and relaxed Baja living. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat features a king primary suite and a queen guest room, each with its own private en-suite bathroom.



The open living area is designed for effortless indoor-outdoor flow, creating a calm and inviting space to unwind after a day exploring Cabo. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances and whole-home water filtration, offering clean, fresh drinking water throughout.



For added convenience, the home also features in-unit laundry, making it ideal for both short and extended stays. Thoughtfully furnished and designed with comfort in mind this home offers a peaceful setting to slow down and enjoy Cabo at your own pace.



Guest Access:

Enjoy and relax within the entire unit as well access to the community clubhouse with infinity pool with the 180 degree view of the Sea of Cortez.

To access the clubhouse, exit the building and follow the road down toward the round about; to the left you will find the Clubhouse where you will find the pool, fully equipped gym and fire pit.



The Neighborhood:

Drive all the way towards the end of Via la Paloma, past and to the left of the Casa Mexicana neighborhood is the gates for Cabo Costa. The building is Arena, which is the first building as you enter the gates.



Getting Around:

While ride services such as Uber and taxis are readily available in Cabo San Lucas, many guests choose to rent a car to explore the area more easily.



The condo is just a short drive to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses, and downtown Cabo, making it a convenient base for exploring Los Cabos and the surrounding coastline.



Parking is available within the community for guests who choose to rent a vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

While this unit’s building is completed this development is still under construction. Construction noise could occur from 8am-6pm weekdays and from 8am-1pm Saturdays.



How to use Sonos Speaker:



1. Connect to WiFi: Make sure your phone is connected to the residency WiFi network

(You can download Sono App, follow the instructions and automatically will detect the speaker and you can play music on your favorite streaming app)



2. For apple device (AirPlay): Swipe down the top right corner to open control center, tap AirPlay icon and select Sonos speaker



3.From Spotify (any device): Open Spotify app and play any song, then tap “Devices Available” icon at the bottom and select Sonos speaker



The device does not support Bluetooth connection, do not unplug the speaker, so please make sure to be always connected to the WiFi.
